Our approach
Ninetail is working to make discovery, booking, account, and business-management journeys usable with keyboards, touch devices, screen readers, zoom, and reduced-motion preferences. We use semantic controls, visible focus styles, labels, and responsive layouts in the current web app.
Known limitations
Some provider-powered experiences, maps, charts, uploaded media, and newly released screens may not yet have the same level of accessibility support. A formal conformance target and independent audit schedule remain launch inputs under review.
