1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ninetail ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Description of Service
Ninetail provides a web and mobile platform for appointment scheduling, business profiles, calendar management, customer messaging, reviews, staff access, and related business-management tools. Businesses may subscribe to business features. Ninetail does not provide the underlying services offered by listed businesses and is not the seller of those services. Payments for appointments or services are made directly between the customer and the applicable business outside Ninetail.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use. You can permanently delete your account from the signed-in Account page. Deletion requires deliberate confirmation and recent authentication or credential proof.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Ninetail provides a platform that businesses use to offer appointment availability and manage reservations. Booking, cancellation, refund, and service policies for an appointment are set by the applicable business. Ninetail does not collect or route payment for the underlying appointment or service; customers settle those charges directly with the business.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: impersonating others, submitting false information, interfering with the Platform's operation, or violating any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ninetail provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for the independent services provided by businesses that use Ninetail, or for damages arising from your use of the Platform except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Governing Law
The launch governing-law, forum, launch-territory, and entity positions are still pending business and legal review. This draft does not select a governing law or forum and does not replace rights that apply under the law where you live.
8. Account deletion
Deleting an account removes the account and user-owned platform records that can be removed safely, including profile data, reservations, messages, reviews, saved locations, staff memberships, and owned business profiles. Ninetail does not call or cancel an external subscription during deletion. If an external subscription may still renew, deletion is refused until it is cancelled and its provider state is confirmed. Certain delivery, security, financial, or provider records may remain when needed for operational integrity or a legal obligation.
