Ninetail does not collect payment details for appointments or services provided by listed businesses.

We use your information to operate the Platform, facilitate reservations, manage business subscriptions, send reminders, provide customer support, improve our platform, and communicate with you about your account. Ninetail does not process payment for appointments or services provided by listed businesses; those payments are settled directly between customers and the applicable business.
3. Information Sharing
We share information with businesses as needed to fulfill reservations and with providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting and storage, maps, authentication, subscription billing, transactional email, SMS verification when enabled, and push delivery. We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated information that no longer identifies an individual where appropriate.
4. Data Security
We use access controls, password hashing, short-lived access tokens, refresh-token protection, private database networking, and encrypted transport where configured to protect information. Deployment and provider controls can vary, and no electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. The signed-in Account page provides account deletion; contact [email protected] for a verified request about access, correction, portability, or records that cannot be changed in the product. We will verify requests and assess applicable exceptions. A self-service data export is not currently available.

7. Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with providers for hosting and storage, maps, authentication, subscription billing, transactional email, SMS verification when enabled, and push delivery. The provider list, contracts, regional availability, and processor deletion arrangements remain launch-operational inputs; each provider has its own privacy terms.
8. International Data Transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own when the platform or an operating provider is located there. The launch entity, territories, transfer mechanisms, and related notices remain pending business and legal review; this draft does not claim a particular transfer mechanism.
9. Children's Privacy
